If that contrast in textures appeals, it is worth trying when you see one.

Other sweet choices enjoyed by visitors include long almond chocolate bread and condensed milk Danish pastry. The former has almond chocolate in the centre, with crushed almonds adding a little crunch. The latter was described as having condensed milk cream on top and custard cream underneath, making it another option to enjoy after a meal.

For a more savoury bite, visitors have mentioned cheese fondue bread, sweet potato bread, and bread with edamame and Gorgonzola. With both savoury and sweet options, choosing something for breakfast or a light lunch is part of the appeal. One visitor’s tuna mayonnaise bread came generously filled. The salted bread, meanwhile, was not especially salty or buttery, but was satisfyingly substantial all the way through.
